Delivery and returns

Delivery
All products are made to order in my workshop and delivery times may therefore vary. If you require a piece by a particular date (e.g. a wedding or anniversary), or within 7 days of ordering, please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order. Unless we agree by email to deliver goods by a special date, we cannot accept liability if the goods do not arrive within the delivery times stated below.
As everything is made to order, delivery times depend on the materials used and the delivery destination.
Please note all items will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks after the order has been made.

Christmas Orders
Please note that November and December are very busy periods, and the usual 3-4 week delivery times referred to may be extended. I will of course notify you of changes, and when ordering please always ask for last posting dates to be sure of delivery in time for Christmas. Last posting dates (according to Royal Mail) will also be linked to from the homepage.

Shipping, Postage & Packaging
UK orders can be sent using two options:
Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) – from £7.80  *Recommended*
Royal Mail 2nd Class – £3.50
I recommend that you have your items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes a compensation service. Your items are NOT trackable if you have them sent by 2nd class. 
For international orders, the following options apply: 
Royal Mail International tracked - from £10.50 (depending on weight) *Recommended*
Royal Mail international standard - from £6.50 (depending on weight)
Please Note:
Little Wisteria is NOT liable for the replacement or refund of any lost or damaged goods where proof of postage exists.

UK
Royal Mail Special Delivery terms – Recommended
Compensation for loss or damage of your package up to £500
Guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm (excluding weekends)
Signature taken at destination
Royal Mail 2nd Class terms
A cheaper service but without compensation for loss or damage or the ability to track it's journey. The only information we are able to gain is whether the item has been delivered or not. 
Delivery should be expected within 2-3 working days although this is not guaranteed as per the information on the Royal Mail website. 
International
Royal Mail International Tracked terms - Recommended
Compensation for loss or damage of your package up to £50 
The ability to track your parcel at 5 points. 
Online confirmation of delivery. 
Royal Mail International Standard
Compensation for loss or damage of your package up to £20 
No ability to track the parcel at any point on it's journey. 
Royal Mail aim to delivery to Europe within 3-5 working days. 
Royal Mail aim to delivery to the rest of world, including the United States and Australia within 5-7 working days. 
Please be aware that orders can be delayed by up to 4 weeks if there are any hold ups at customs. I will be unable to track them through Royal Mail until they have been delayed by 25 working days. 

Returns
Please Note: Personalised, custom, handmade to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty.
For in stock unpersonalised  items if the product is not to your liking, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, for a full refund or exchange, but you will be responsible for return (insured) postage costs. Customers must contact Little Wisteria before returning an item by emailing Becky@LittleWisteria.com. and a postal address will be provided for returning the item.
You are responsible for both the postage and the goods when returning items. LittleWisteria cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by Royal Mail service and therefore cannot refund any items that are not received or received damaged. It is therefore recommended that you send returns by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured) and in the original packaging.
In the case of losses or damage incurred by Royal Mail when returning items to us, it will the responsibility of the customer to make a claim to Royal Mail.
