How do I personalise my order? 
Before you add your item to your cart you should see a little box that says either 'personalisation' or 'name'. Please enter your personalisation details here and choose your finish or ribbon too if it's applicable and I'll pick them up from your order once it's been processed. 

Can I personalise the gift to say anything I like?
Yes! Although each product has limited space but if there is something special you would like, I'd be happy to work on it with you to create something special just for you. Please just send me a message outlining exactly what you would like and I'll come back to you with a proposal and we can go from there. 

How long will my order take to make?
This depends on what you have ordered and the time of the year. However, everything will be dispatched within 2 weeks. Usually a maximum of 10 days. 

Is it possible to rush my order?
Yes, but please get in touch first to make sure. Rush orders will incur a fee of £5 but can be sent out to you within 3 days of ordering. The reason for the fee is because I will work on it during my precious family time to make sure I can help you meet your deadline. 

What is the delivery method used and how long does it take?
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Royal Mail aim to delivery within 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed and can sometimes take longer. There is an option to upgrade to next day which will ensure your order is sent via Special Delivery guaranteed to be delivered to you by 1pm the next day. Please bear in mind, this is after the processing time of up to 10 days unless otherwise agreed.  

Is it possible to track my order? - UK customers
Standard tracking is available with most parcels as long as they have been posted as a small parcel rather than a large letter. This tracking will only show you if the parcel has been delivered. If you require full tracking, I would recommend upgrading to special delivery, tracked shipping. 

How long does it take for international shipping?
All international parcels will be sent via Royal Mail international standard shipping. For Europe, Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. For the rest of the world, Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. These delivery times are not guaranteed. Parcels can get held up at customs, if this happens, please allow up to 4 weeks. 6 weeks for Canada. During the time I've been selling, this is very rare. Most international customers will receive their orders within 1 week for European customers and 2 weeks for the rest of the world. 

Please bear in mind, for missing parcels, Royal Mail will not let me make a claim or look into the missing parcel until 25 working days have passed. 

Is it possible to track my order? - International customers 
Yes, so long as you upgrade your shipping to tracked. Standard shipping has NO tracking information. Simply upgrade your shipping when you checkout to tracked.
